When I send out an eNewsletter it remains in a PENDING status even though it is sent.  It's causing problems trying to find the correct newsletter to send out because they all say PENDING from previous weeks.  I have asked for this to be fixed because I believe it to be a problem with sending newsletters and specifying the option to send individual emails and not bulk.  When we send as bulk, it shows SENT.  This is a bug in your software, not the way we send enewsletters.




This app will not let me send a docx or jpg attachment.


eNewsletter Shows Pending even though Letter was Sent

I have been experiencing this problem with eNewsletter.  It shows that I have yet to SEND my newsletter, even though I have. It says PENDING.  I have the latest release of software. Is this a known problem?  I have attached a screen shot of the problem.  It shows two campaigns are still Pending.

I sent you a message about this with my username and password for cpanel.  The website is thechordbusters.com    I was using the soholaunch backup application when I got  error about the database.  Please check your messages for more information. 





Can't get into our website due to a database error.

I'm unable to bring up our website nor can I get into our ADMINSTRATION.  It says "Could not get into database "thecho.sope1" (localhost).  Your database server may be down or your database setup may be wrong". 


I don't have a clue what is wrong.  Is this a problem with my Soholaunch software or the ISP?
