In Topic: Where has my Box gone?

Well, I found my box! Duh! I thought I had entered content in my blog but apparently it wasn't saved so it didn't show!

Still need to get rid of those underlines in links. And I'd really like to find my pages!

Hmm. Not sure if you intervened or not, Dresswell, but it seems to be fixed now. Thank you, if it was your doing. If not, thank you for offering to help. Much appreciated.

Thanks again Dresswell. I am very grateful for your offer, but I think the host might have resolved it.  I'm just waiting for a final response, but one of my sites is working and they say they changed the path in the Sohoadmin isp.config file. I'm intrigued as to how the path was changed incorrectly in the first place, but it appears merely inserting a number after \home in the path files in ispconfig.php remedies the problem. You can imagine my relief to see the content displayed again!  For two days now all sites have shown blank pages and I was afraid the content may have been lost completely.

Thanks again for your offer. It is greatly appreciated, and if I have further problems I will take you up on it. I hope all is going well for you?

Hi Dresswell
Thanks for your reply.  The error message I get when I try to save is:

Unable to save page content for () to file (/home/rainbo32/public_html/mensshedshame.info/sohoadmin/tmp_content/Home_Page.con)!
Possible Solution:
Log in to your hosting account via FTP and change permissions on the '/sohoadmin/tmp_content' directory from '0' to '0777'
But the permissions were never 0. They were 0755. Changing to 0777 did not make any difference.
Also, they have restored the files as at 6 January and I can see all the content in the File Manager, but Soholaunch isn't displaying the page content, which suggests to me that there might be a problem with referencing files?

My problem now is that I don't know whether this is a Soholaunch issue or a problem with the host. If I email you a log in, could you take a look for me?  I'm happy to pay a fair fee to get this fixed, and I know I can have confidence in your expertise.
