#39757 No HOME link shows in my shopping cart

Posted by dresswell on 11 December 2013 - 08:43 PM

Looks like an issue with your

templates css files.

Check for the sub menu listing in both your css files for the template your using.

#39691 help me please get started

You could use one that is close to what you like.

Then make adjustments to it if you know some html and css.

Just look in the wiki link above for templates to see what is needed in soholaunch.

Or you can contact lwyau here on the forum.

He could build you a custom one.

Just email or PM him for a quote.

#38779 Chrome won't allow me to edit pages

Posted by dresswell on 25 January 2013 - 02:06 PM

Open your sohoadmin.
On the lower right corner is a #.
Ex. v4.9.4 r13
Chances are, you are behind in your build.
If there is a round green button next to the that number you are.
Click on it and follow the instructions to update.

#38774 How and where do I put sitemap?

Once you do part 1.

Upload or ftp that file to your host/cpanel > file manage > public_html

#38707 Not receiving emails about my customer comments

Posted by dresswell on 04 January 2013 - 01:59 AM

First i would update your soholaunch.
Then only use 1 email address in the send to field to see if that fixes things.
If not your host can have it disabled or your permissions are not correct.

Your soho panel > Database Table Manager > cart_comments, are where
the comments are stored.

#37266 Adding fonts to text editor

That is where you would add or change them.
List the fonts name in the last empty box and hit save.
It will then be available in the drop down list.

#37156 Subscription Folder "hacked"

Posted by dresswell on 13 December 2011 - 09:30 PM

There should not be any html files in there.
Just index.php and pgm-db_config.php.
I would also have them change there login to there soho and cpanel.
And possibly run the soho scan to check for others malicious files.

#36956 Calendar years dropdown modification

Posted by dresswell on 30 September 2011 - 12:44 AM

I let the team at soholaunch know of it.
I am sure there will be some sort of fix soon.

#36700 Site Transfer or Backup doesn't show more than the first page

Posted by dresswell on 01 August 2011 - 01:41 PM

Here is what you need to do.
Go to the new hosts cpanel.
Find where you have the soholaunch files for the site.
Go to sohoadmin > tmp_content.
There you should see page names.
1 a .con and 1 a .regen for each page.
What your after is just the page names.
Ex. home.con and home.regen
Page name would be home.
Copy/wright the page names without the .con or .regen.
You only need 1 page name for each page.
Then open your soho builder and create new pages using these page names.
Then update the soho build even if it is the same build.
Close out all the way from the soho builder and re log back in
and check your pages.
Sometimes you may have to open and re-save each page.

Well it looks like you may have some other issues.
If you want to private message your soho login i will take
a look at your setup for you.
Do not post it here on the open forum.

#22521 Editing Template does not change website

Posted by dresswell on 12 August 2008 - 02:49 PM

Replace this below
<td height="25" colspan="2" bgcolor="#0067DB">© 2008-2009</td>

With this
<td valign="middle" align="center" bgcolor="#0067DB" height="25">
<p class="SMtext"><font color="#FFFFFF">#COPYRIGHT#</font></td>
That should pull the copyright info from soho.
