Hi Annette, your site should be visable when you put the address into your web browser... If not, something is up. What is your site's address? By published I am presuming you mean online. Cheers

And let's not even mention the "graying" of the population... more and more seniors with bad eyes!

I recently had to fix up my "70ish" year old Aunties PC, she was having problems seeing the text on the screen at 800X600 resolution. Actually had to change all the settings for text and icons as I refuse to go a lower resolution than that!!! Oh, and my normal sites looked very ordinary at this resolution as I design on my widescreen laptop. Definitly worth remembering when designing sites. :hmm:

I have found amongst my friends and clients that it all depends on what virus protection program you use, and how often it is updated. I use Norton Corporate on 2 of my pc's and AVG free edition on the others. Both these programs pick up different things, and also false detect Trojans when they are actually cookies with a refresh function on them (ie:shopping cart cookies). I would ask your clients for more information on what was found, and what program found them, possibly it was even a spyware checker program and the problem is a temp directory related one. Of course it is possible that someone has placed a trojan redirect code through the site, but unikley if your scan did not pick it up.

Thanks again Kelly and also Zapper.

I have sent a service request to my provider regarding the issues and the server names. I have looked through the CPanel - file manager, but am unsure where the html files should be. In the public_html area there is just all the php pages for my site. No html files there at all. And for the default gateway page on all my page properties it just has CON. Maybe that is the issue? I will wait to see what the service request response is.

I do actually like the Soho program, it is very user friendly and a pleasure to work with... except when editing in html mode as for some reason it duplicates page content during editing and I then have to delete all the duplicated coding. The forms and other extras are definitly worthwhile so I will persevere with it.

I will rename all my links as soon as possible - is there an easier way than having to create new pages and redo all the coding?

Again thanks for your help, the stuff I have done previously was quite tame compared to what I want to do on this site.
