I host with Crazy Domains and have several sites with them running Soholaunch. I have 10 lifetime licenses for Soholaunch Pro.  I assigned one of the licenses today to mensshedshame.info and installed Soholaunch by exactly the same method as I used for all the other sites. I can see the files where they belong in the file manager. But when I go to the sohoadmin page to login, it says ''Page not found''.

 

 

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the problem persists.

 

Please can someone advise me how to fix this?

I think we've solved the problem.  It appears the service provider erred in delegating the domain name.
