I have just moved to a VPS server but can't see how to restore my Soholaunch site.

I get this message:

"Could not connect to database 'calli178_sope1' (localhost). Your database server may be down or your database setup may be wrong."

I have a full backup of my Soholaunch site using the Soho backup facility and I have used my FTP program to place the complete site back on to the server, but I think I need to install Soho again and configure the database etc. The trouble is I can't find where to install Soholaunch Pro from.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Nick.

You need to upload or make sure you have the 'calli178_sope1' database

on the new server.

You may need to rename it.

Once it is you will need to make changes to your sohoadmin config file

so your soholaunch files can find the correct database.

Private message me if you need my help.
