eNewsletter Shows Pending even though Letter was Sent

I have been experiencing this problem with eNewsletter.  It shows that I have yet to SEND my newsletter, even though I have. It says PENDING.  I have the latest release of software. Is this a known problem?  I have attached a screen shot of the problem.  It shows two campaigns are still Pending.

I sent a test newsletter and all went fine.

Dresswell,

 

I send the test copy to myself and then click the link to send out all copies, which it does. Still, it shows Pending.  I'm sure we are doing this correctly.

It worked fine for me when i tried it.

Dresswell,  I have an update to this issue. 

 

Normally, we send out "personalized" newsletters to our members, meaning we tell the SohoLaunch campaign to send separate emails in case our membership roles exceed 50 members.  This time, I set up the campaign to send the newsletter out in bulk (not personalized).  The result is the Send Now Action column was blank and the campaign shows SENT. 

 

So it appears that the issue is sending personalized emails.  Could this be passed to the SohoLaunch IT staff?

I will report this on a ticket as you suggest. 

 

 (Actually, after seeing there is a charge going through the Link you provided, I think this is a bug that SohoLaunch Staff should be made aware of and fix at no charge in a future release don't you think?)

The tech team will not be able to see the issue your having without your login

or being able to reproduce the issue.
