Hi,

I am experimenting with changing the templates background color to an image to make it more interesting but can't figure out how. I've gone to:

public_html/sohoadmin/program/modules/site_templates/pages/CORPORATE-A_Curvacious_Mark-Purple/index.html

to try to add it to the code but either I'm coding it wrong or I just have no idea what I'm doing. This is what the <body> section first looked like:

<body leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0">

and this is what I added to it:

<body background-image="url('purple_flower_mom.jpg')" leftmargin="0" topmargin="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0">

*the image is uploaded to my images folder already.

Also, will this image cover the whole page despite what its length happens to be?

Any help would be appreciated.

The website is: www.painteddaisy.ca

Thanks,

Kristy

Kristy, here is the document for custom templates: http://wiki.soholaun...ustom_Templates  It describes all you need to know about soho templates.

Code the background image as following:

background-image="url('images/purple_flower_mom.jpg')"

You need to specifiy the folder name "images".  Otherwise, it tries to get it from the main directory which is obviously not found there.
