Despite my emails being correctly specified, I am not receiving customer comments for approval. I don't know where they are being stored in Soholaunch and how to look at them. Its very important for me as customer reviews about my book are not being delivered to the specified email addresses [2/3 addresses separated by commas]. I'm using "HEALTH Alternative Green FW 1.2" template that I purchased from Soholaunch add-ons site.
I tried to enter a comment on behalf of a customer to see what happens, the comments can be entered without any problem but when you submit the comment you come to this blank page: http://www.sufi-know...ite_review.php. The only way out is by using browser back arrow. Is it a template fault? If so who and how should I contact? any help would be highly appreciated.

First i would update your soholaunch.
Then only use 1 email address in the send to field to see if that fixes things.
If not your host can have it disabled or your permissions are not correct.

Your soho panel > Database Table Manager > cart_comments, are where
the comments are stored.

Thank you very much dresswell, the site was already updated to the latest version, I just kept one email and it is working now. I think Soholaunch should make it clear that in the case of comments only one email will work.
