I have been using following code in a part of my pages. Also included a submit form. When visitor in the page submit the form and I want to know from which page they submitted the data. In my following form always it says submitted on Test page even whichever page they put submit. How can I make that form gives the name of page about the individual page from where visitor submit the form. Which value of the form should change ?

I have tested on my page : http://www.egtours.c..._nepal_trip.php

Hey Mike,

Is that code something that needs to be added so he can see on which page the form was submitted? Or is this already working and appearing in the email, and egtou just needs to look at the bottom of the email to see the information he is looking for?

thank you all for update.

In my online site builder, when I create form and put on the page, it creates everything automatically. In the form I am using is from third party code in which auto function is not working I think. However, it can be made as Mike said changing page request variable individually and manually. However, if we can make auto that can be great. That is I am looking for, if possible.

and I am also looking what Jack M is saying too.
