I got the same errors on my server. I installed Soholaunch thru Fantastico.
I removed it and re-installed it again and got the same errors.

Looking at the file structure on the server I noticed that it installed itself in a separate directory (soholaunch) and all of the index files (.htm, .html, .php) were in that directory. The public_html directory had no index files to point to the soholaunch directory.
I'm guessing it's a Fantastico Installer problem.

I think you meant "sohoadmin" directory, which is normal.

Access sohoadmin again and immediately look at the server error log to see the details of the issues. Usually it is a permission issue (either too loose or too tight) and should be easily resolved.

You're right, it was "soholaunchadmin".
I notified my web host and they confirmed that it was a problem with the Fantastico installer.

I changed the Permissions for the "soholaunchadmin" folder and all of the files in it to 755.

You can do this easily with a good FTP program. I use WS_FTP Home. When you first change a permission it prompts you if you want to change all of the files and folders beneath it.

I found the problem
you need to chmod all your folders to 755
and chmod all your files to 644
