As far as I know Not natively but that doesn't mean it can't be done. On this you need to email Soholaunch directly to see what they can and can't do

This is an old post, however I thought I could shed some light on the subject if anyone was still looking for an answer to the question.

We edited an installation for a customer to add the content type meta tag <META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">

This allows your two bit characters to displayed properly within the pages of soholaunch. Soho launch turns the characters into unicode. Please note however that we have not found a way to enter two bit characters as menu items. Unicode makes extensive use of the ampresand (&) so when we enter two bit characters into the menu, the entire page is wiped out.

Here is an example of a page in Japanese, david-wolman.com/index.php?pr=Japanese
