I have read many posts on this and I can't seem to figure out where the page is and what line will change the color of the font on the shopping cart page.

from other posts I have read I go to

sohoadmin/program/modules/site_templates/pages/Sports-the_colorless_ballplayer-none

I think and FTP it but I can't figure out which line is the shopping cart text its this grey color that you just can't read. My website is www.purebodynutrition.net

I just want to change it to Black. Can anyone help?

Thanks
Alicia

Why do you want to change the font color to black? You have a black background...

Have you played with sohoadmin > shopping cart > display options color schemes?

Yes, it is not there. There is no way of changing it within the program-I have looked. It is an automatic with the template I am using others have had this same problem, and would like to change it.

Try to adjust sohoadmin > shopping cart > display options > normal table content > text color.

I went back to the shopping cart/settings/normal table content and i changed the font color to Yellow-Just something wierd I would see. it showed the change to the left then you click save display settings and guess what nothing changed. AH HA!! You found it a bug-nothing changed. So if that is where I am supposed to fix it now what?

Why do I seem to always have the difficult problems, you tried helping me with the last one and you ended up telling me to put in a support ticket-it took them two weeks to figure out what was wrong and fix it.

Thank you for being here, hopefully you can help with this one.

Alicia:)

Your text color change did take effect on some, but not others...

If you are not into html and css changes, your best bet is to use a different template for the shopping cart. It can be the same template with with a different text font color (which, unfortunately, is in the .css file...) This is because you want two different text colors between your regular pages and your shopping cart. Splitting them requires good knowledge on dealing with css.

I have to change it, you can not read it and the prices are very faint. I don't mind dealing with the .css file I have infact downloaded a FTP program and moved one to my computer I am just not sure it is the right one and which line to change. Can you help? I am a willing student.

I keep thinking about my problem, the grey font is only when you select a product section page and then the add to cart/product page and then it goes away miraculously.

I did look at changing the template for the product pages, but it didn't fix the grey problem on the cart/product page. I would like to stay the same template-I looked hard for that one and it fits well with us. I don't mind the same color font throughout-I just want to get rid of the grey-a color I never chose. Sorry, there are two more posts of mine below, please see all.

I think I found it in the css file for my template I found the below html.

If i change the .text color line to 00000 shouldn't that get rid of the grey?

or does this screw me up?

>> General
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
################################################################################################*/
TABLE{font-family:arial; font-size:12pt; color:#FFFFFF}

.logoline {
font-family : Verdana, Arial;
font-size: 24pt;
color: #3366FF;
}

.sloganline {
font-family : Verdana, Arial;
font-size: 12pt;
color: white;
}

body {
color: #FFFFFF;
}

th {
color: #FFFFFF;
}

td {
color: #FFFFFF;
}

.text {
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-size: 9pt;
color: #999999;

}

You can certainly give it a shot, but keep in mind .text class covers a lot of ground..

To be precise, read this: http://wiki.soholaun...t_system_styles
