Well back again.

I'm still having problems with the following site www.methodistpta.co.uk

As you can see every time i add a logo the text drops is there a way to move the text up central with the logo.
If this is not possible can i replace the whole of the text with a logo, what are the max sizes so i dont break the template.

Also i have a banner that i would like to add to the right hand side of the header, can someone please help me with this.

I'm pretty new to all this but slowly finding my feet,

Thanks in advance

Use an image/photo editing software to trim the height of your logo image so there is no clearance both on the top and bottom of the logo.

Hi again lwyau, thanks for replying.

Still seem to be having the same problem, if i create banner with all the info title and logo in it what size should i make it please and how should i install it.

There seems to be a bit at the top that wont allow the logo to move up, is there any way of rectifying this

Thanks:hmm:

At the top of your index.html file there are some inline styles. Fid this:

.pound_logo {
font-size: 28px;
padding: 20px 0px 0px 20px;
letter-spacing: 0px;
border: 1px solid #000000;
border-style: none none solid none;
}

Change the padding accordingly. The sequence of numbers is top, right, bottom, left. So right now you have a 20px padding on the top (pushing your logo away from the top) and on the left.

Tim thanks for taking time out on a Saturday to answer, really grateful.
All i would like to do now is centralise the logo text horizontally like it was before i added the image.

Thanks:ehheh:

Hmm, without adding a lot more code to accomplish this you may want to try giving the image a simple left align. Find:
<img src="images/owl-logo.gif" border="0">
Add:
<img src="images/owl-logo.gif" border="0" align="left">

This will surely put your text at the top now so you may have to add a <br /> tag to push it down a bit. It's not a pretty fix but it's probably the least time consuming.

I see you have found it and replaced the file with owl-logo1.gif. Good job. It's looking good now.
