http://StarrDiversified.com is built in soho with a simple modded grey curve template with minor custom graphics. It presents an informative website without too much distraction or glitter.

Check them out, and by all means if you need help with lease questions or contracts, or other business questions, take them up on their free initial consultation offers.

The site is relatively new but they are going to be adding quite a bit to my understanding.

The site has some custom code to translate the non "pretty urls" into search engine friendly (does that even exist anymore) urls working with the automenu features in soho. They can add any number of pages without having to do anything but place the pages into the nav menu. Perhaps this is already readily available, but seemed nice to me.

The free forms and documents database at http://www.starrdive...Listing_A-Z.php seems pretty handy and I believe they will be expanding those as well. It incorporates the auto print function once you select a document and select to print it.

They make use of the FAQs capabilites and the newsletter capability and still have several more pages to add using some other soho features. They are using custom contact form as well.

This site is not meant to dazzle or blow anyone out of their chair with flash movies or anything, but I think it has a nice collection of different soho capabilities implemented in a way that might not easily be noticed.

Enjoy :)

This is a very functional site using soho capabilities well!

Here is a shameless plug :): I built a "search engine friendly page names" plug-in not too long ago:

Bleh, that would have saved some time no doubt... We should probably keep better track of the plugins and mods available. Thanks for your feedback :)
