Due to a conflict in some nameings I need to temporarily take my sit off line.
Being a newbie, how would I do this without destroying all my work while I correct this conflict?
Thanks for any advise,

Here are steps you can take to do this:

1. Take all your pages off menu (sohoadmin -> menu navigation)
2. Edit "Home Page" and "Save As" a different page name such as "Home Page Backup"
3. Now edit "Home Page" to say something like "coming back soon..."

When you are ready, put your site back in business by:

1. Edit "Home Page Backup" and "Save As" "Home Page."
2. Reinstate pages to menu navigation.

You could also go into your cPanel file manager and create a file called "index.html" in your public_html folder. The browser automatically looks for index.html first. Edit this file any way you want, i.e Under Construction.
