You might need to be a little more specific on this. Are you referring to some sort of 'members only' area on your site?

Need to give only specific groups of people to access the Live tuitorial programme, how to create a site or page with login and password so they could get inside my live tuition page to attend tuition.

Only those who pay can attend my tuition channels. Is there any way to create this kind of links within soholaunch?

The simpliest way would be to password protect a directory (via cpanel). There are many other scripts (check hotscripts.net) which provide something more advanced. I'm not too sure if there's a feature such as this within Soholaunch.
