I will eventually be closing my website but I need to back up various documents and files that are on it.  I went through the process but the file saved as a tgz file.  I tried to open it but I can't.  I have googled it but as I am not very technical I'm not really sure what to do to be able to view those files as regular pdf's or Word, photos etc.  The original files were on my external hard drive that crashed and I lost them.

Can someone be able to explain to me in very easy lay mans turns what to do.

Thanks

Page down to Renaming and deleting files.

It also shows how to download them.

Thank you so much, I appreciate it and can't believe how easy it is.  I don't know why they don't list that on their site for support.
