Help - I'm a total novice - I'm trying to use soholaunch to built a new website hosted by justhost.
I have set up database and installed all files.
When I try to connect to data base via 'First Time Configuration Set up' page
I get the message:
ERROR! - Could not connect to MySQL database using the information you provided.
Please check your settings and resubmit.
I'm using the Data Base Name and Use name I was given in the installation email i received but I wasn't given a MySQL password - what now?

When you setup the database you needed to put in a password.
That is the one you need.

I have a first instance of Soholaunch reassigned to an add-on site, and it's controlling the site OK. to do this, I had to uninstall soho from the root site. I have now purchased a new single site license from soho, and I want to use Fantastico to install it on the root site. When I open Fantastico, and select soho, I get a screen that only recognizes the old license and insists that it must be deleted from it's job. How can I get Fantastico to recognize the new license?
