There is a problem with our email server.

When my customers try to leave product feedback in the shoping cart, this is the message that they get. There is nothing wrong with my email and my host said that it is a soho problem.

How do I fix this

When you say "this is the message they get", what message in particular are you talking about? Or did you want us all to go and fill out a test review to see it (which really probably isn't a good idea.)

I think "There is a problem with our email server." is the message whoever fills out the form gets. I just tested it out on one of my test sites and got the same message.

Must be a bug recently introduced.

I have the same problem with my shopping cart and product comments section. I contacted Hostpapa and they said to contact Soho. When you buy a product the program does not send the email to the address I have listed. I dont know where it goes and its greatly affecting my business. When customers leave a comment on a product it does not send the message instead it gives an error message. Someone PLEASE tell me how to Fix this problem

Your host will have more information on the precise error from their logs - you'll more than likely want to direct this question to them.

It's fixed now. It was just a bad software version. The latest upgrade took care of it.

Replace the form on the page or redo the form.

The responce file is missing.
